Return and Refund Policy
Personalized and Made-to-Order Products
Each ornament is made or personalized specifically for the customer. Because personalized products cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Changes of mind
• Names, dates, wording, colours, styles, or other options entered or selected incorrectly by the customer
• Minor natural variations in wood grain, colour, engraving, or other handmade materials
• Minor differences between colours shown on a screen and the finished product
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will make every reasonable effort to help, but changes and cancellations are only available if production has not started.
Once production has begun, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it is delivered or picked up.
If an ornament arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or contains an error made by us, contact fundraisers@lasercompany.ca within seven calendar days of delivery or pickup.
Include:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the ornament and, when applicable, its packaging
If the issue qualifies, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge. If a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, we may issue a refund to the original payment method.
Please do not discard a damaged or incorrect item until we confirm whether it must be returned.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error made by us or an order we cannot fulfill.
Fundraiser Credit
When an item is refunded or cancelled, it no longer counts toward the amount raised for the selected fundraiser or seller.
